The Advanced Program

The Advanced program is the third part of the Full Journey. This is the program that will make you different from most other athletesMost people are able to finish the first 2 programs and are able to meet the requirements for the advanced program. Once youve come
this far, you already did a really great job! However, as you know, the journey never endsand now it s time to really differentiate yourself from others by becoming a master of your own bodyweight!

For example, you will learn the Lsit to Handstand & (strict) Ring Muscle ups. After this program you will be considered as a true advanced calisthenics athlete!

Program Requirements

At this moment you probably finished the intermediate program or you already met the requirements for this program from earlier training experience. Right now you are capable of doing the first essential harder bodyweight exercises: the muscle up & the handstand.
This is already a great job and something that you probably worked very hard for and therefore something that you can be very proud of! However, now it is time to really step your game up.  For this program the requirements are as follows: 

  • 1 Muscle up
  • 6 wall handstand push ups
  • 10 sec handstand
  • 1 dragon fly



Program Goals / Timeline

Right know you are moving to the third stage on the timeline from the Full Journey program. The goal is to finish this stage and move on to the last one: “professional stage”.  Some goals for this progam are as follows:

  • 1 (strict) ringe muscle up, 6 reverse wall handstand push ups, 6 archer pull ups, 5 weighted dips (30% bodyweight) and 3 balanced pistol squats
  • 1 l-sit to handstand, 5 sec straddle Frontlever, straddle Backlever and  5 sec one leg human flag and 5 dragon flys

40+ Instructional Videos

The most unique and super usefull aspect of this program is that every exercise is fully explained by an instructional video. This helps you to perform the exercises with right form and techniques. Also, every exercise is built up out of different levels that are shown in the video. Once you reach the first level you can move on to the next level. This makes it always challenging, no matter your current level!
