The Circular Leg Raise

Starting position
Find a bar to hang on. Make sure you go for a dead hang, so don’t retract your scapula. Take a look at the pictures down below to see how to perform this exercise right.
Step 1
- Grab the bar with your hands facing forwards.
- When you look down, you should be able to see your feet hanging exactly underneath you.
Step 2
- Turn your hips sideways.
- Bring your legs up while keeping the focus on your lower abs.
- Bring your legs in a 90-degree angle with your body.

- Make sure your legs are at a 90-degree angle.
- Turn your legs to the other side using your abs.
- Keep in mind that you avoid swinging with your body.
- Always try to keep it nice and clean.
Step 4
- If you made it to the other side, bring your legs down again.
- Then, repeat the steps mentioned above and go to the other side.

It’s all about Diet
One of the most important things to get a good looking six-pack fast is to commit yourself to a clean diet. Your six-pack will only be visible when your body fat % is low. The recommended body fat % for a good looking six-pack is 15% or lower. The lower your body fat % is, the better the abs will show. If your body fat % is higher than 15% you should try to eat in a caloric deficit. This means you should eat 200-300 calories fewer than you are used to.
