Which Protein Powder do you choose?

This is a natural residual product that is released during the production of cheese. Protein Powder Flavors

We have been using protein powders throughout our fitness and Calisthenics Journey (already 11+ years). So we have already tested a lot: dozens of flavors, but also Natural and Vegan variants.

Protein powder with or without additives?

We have taken Natural Protein Powder for a while, but to be honest we find that a lot less tasty. We chose Natural because it doesn’t contain additives such as flavorings and sweeteners.

You can also choose a flavor based on Stevia sweetener (natural sweetener). We really like the Stevia Vanilla Flavor! Add these to a healthy snack such as banana bread or a smoothie and you have a protein-rich meal without additives!

We regularly have periods when we eat vegetarian or vegan. That’s why we tried all of Myprotein’s Vegan Protein Powders! They have protein powders based on Soy, Peas and beans, Oats and peas, Hemp, and Brown rice.

We found the Brown Rice Protein the most neutral and tasty. In addition, it consists of 80% protein! We would recommend it if you choose Vegan!
