I’m actually very pleased with the Calisthenics at Home Workout Plan– I started the 6x/week routine on Monday and so far so good (although leg day today was tough!).

For some background: I’m an average guy, I am far from your level of fitness but not unfit either. I’ve had a number of gym memberships and try to workout at home on a weekly basis but for some reason I have never been able to maintain a good routine more than a few weeks.
Partly because I am lazy but also unprepared.

That’s why your program was attractive to me. Firstly it’s all from home (which is good in the current times) and it is very well structured. After following your warm-up routine I also realised that I have never been doing it properly – I can say I feel much better during the workout now that I am properly warmed up. I also really enjoy the diversity and completeness of the program. In the past I would repeat the same workout over and over which quickly gets boring but with this I am able to train all muscle groups more than once a week without doing the same exercise twice!

Anyway, all of this to say I like the program a lot and the access to the videos is also very helpful.
