Weight Loss Workout & Diet Plan (April 2020)
I finished my 30 Weight Loss Plan. First of all: I came from zero, I had big injuries last year, so I started as a complete beginner. I couldn’t train all the time and following all the workouts of the program, but I tried to train as many days as I could. I didn’t eat 100 % healthy and I had a few days I couldn’t hold the less kcal, and I was always a few kcal over the goal because it was very hard to eat less kcal than I normally did.
It’s not a big difference in the pictures, but I think if I look a little bit closer, I can see a small difference between before and after. There are some bodyparts I can see the results more than other body parts (like my belly xD). Besides that, I got more reps in my training and got a little bit stronger.
Finally, I lost 3 kg and I’m happy with the results. I will take the diet a little bit longer, not that less kcal like your Program. but I will hold it for another 2 weeks in a small deficit I guess.
