During the 12-weeks Transformation Challenge, I started the Full Journey Package. I’ve lost fat and gain more muscles and now, I can do a handstand with support which was very amazing!!! I am planning to continue this challenge until I can do some front lever and back lever. To conclude, this was very challenging and worth achieving!! Many thanks!
