Before starting, we get to know each other through a (video) call. We will discuss your goals and build a personal connection. It’s also the perfect moment to ask all your questions.

Any day, any time, you can ask questions via WhatsApp. Every week or fortnight, your coach will check in on your progress, adjust your plan if necessary, and give feedback on sent-in videos.

Coaching is a continuous process. However, after a minimum of 3 months, your coach will evaluate the trajectory and together you’ll set new goals for a new period ahead.

The advantage of Online Coaching is that it is completely customized to your workout level and lifestyle. Do you want to build up your workouts slowly? We can always adjust your Workout Plan along the way if you want to train more or less often.

Calisthenics is bodyweight training and that means that you can do almost all exercises with your own body weight. If you have access to a gym or Calisthenics park, you don’t need workout equipment. Don’t you have access to that? Then it is useful to have a pull-up bar that you can hang between the door, but that is not necessary.

When creating your Workout Plan, we take into account to which workout equipment you have access to.

A Macronutrient Plan is suitable for everyone who wants to work on his/her body seriously and who wants to keep on track with a diet.

Our Customzied Macronutrient Plan will be effective for you if you find yourself in one of the following situations:

  • You want to lose weight or gain weight/muscle mass.
  • You have no idea what food you should eat to gain or lose weight.
  • You just can’t get that six-pack.
  • You do have a meal plan, but find it difficult to achieve your macronutrient goals.
  • You are currently eating the same foods all the time and you would like to have more variety.
  • You have already followed several diets, but none of them worked well in the long run.

Please note: A personalized Macronutrient plan is not the same as as personalized meal plan. With our macronutrient plan, we will tell you how many calories and macronutrients you should consume to reach your goal. We don’t create a meal plan in which we tell you what meals you need to eat. However, we’ll send you a nutrient guide + recipe book, so you’ll know exactly what food and meals to eat to reach your goals.

It is very important to use a Macronutrition plan created by professionals. We assure you that you are in good hands with us.

One important principle is that we will always encourage flexible dieting, it needs to become part of your lifestyle, so you don’t follow 1 plan with the same meals you should eat every single day.
