I have followed the custom program and I have to say that i’m really satisfied!
The program will be fully customized based on your own specific goals. Whether you want to learm skills or just want to get stronger. The workouts are really challenging and most imporant fun to do! There is lot of variation between diffrent workouts which makes it really fun! Also the service from the brohters was really decent. Every week during the program you will get an E-mail from Michael & yannick in which you can give an update about your progress! They are also really easy to reach on instagram or trough E-mail for any questions that you might have.
Overal great dudes!
