Full Journey Workout Package

This is the result of my 12-week Transformation Challenge with the Full Journey Workout Program. I made a lot of progress and became stronger. What I like so much about the Full Journey Package is that there is a step by step approach for exercises in which the little goals bring you closer to your big goals. It doesn’t matter at which level you’re training because the workouts are based on your personal level and are therefore always very challenging. This in combination with the progress you’re making will make sure that you’re always motivated! I can’t wait to make more progress with the Full Journey. Thanks a lot!
