I participated in the 12-week Summer Transformation Challenge accompanied by the Full Journey Plan and the results are astounding! I started at the level of a novice and currently I am working out on the advanced level. I would recommend this program to anyone with no doubt, progress assured. With an elaborate meal plan I lost 1-2 kg of pure fat and also gained strength and muscle mass. One big advantage are the tools provided within the program to help you keep track of your progress. These tools in include pdf files with mainly extensive tutorial video’s.
