Weight Loss Plan
The last twelve weeks I have been participating in the summer fitness challenge using the fat burn bodyweight program and to be honest it was easy at the start. But after the first week it became brutally difficult. After three weeks of this program I started to see some definition and tone that I had been longing to have. The diet though restricting is manageable and easy to stay consistent with throughout the challenge. My progression to the more difficult versions of exercises and variations made it possible to do moves I have not been able to do despite my best efforts. Thank you Calisthenics Family for making what seemed impossible possible for me. I will continue to use the programs and maintain my new physique and abilities in these exercises and skills as I continue in my fitness journey.
