I nearly trained a year with the goal to be able to do the handstand but without a real plan. At first, it went well, but then I saw no more progress. I realized I needed guidance and because I really liked this YouTube Channel and its videos, I bought the calisthenics full journey program. On top of getting a guide to improve my handstand, I took part in the 12-week challenge to get in better shape with this program and took a lot of motivation out of that. After 12 weeks my handstand really is at that point that I had imagined at the beginning of my training and I reached my goal to stand controlled for 10 seconds straight. I think I would not have gotten to this point in this time if I had not bought this program.

I am super happy with the results. And the “journey” is not over yet, because there is still so much left in this program on which I will keep on working.
