Full Journey
The Full Journey is really nice to do, everything has to be done with your own body weight. Just started but it’s already very challenging. Clear explanations and instruction videos from these young guys. I’m even “a bit” older, but you can easily start with this at home. The training set-up and schedules to keep track of everything and follow your progress are also great. This can last a year or even more. Can’t wait to do this outside too.
