This is the best program I’ve ever received. It looks really professional and very comprehensive. The explanation in the video’s is really helpful. It’s nice that I finally have 1 single program that includes all exercises and levels. That was exactly what I was looking for and wasn’t able to find somewhere else (also after buying several other programs!). I would highly recommend this program for others if you are looking for the same. I also find it nice that (if you want) you don’t have to go to a gym, but you can use the program at home if you have the right equipment. I can’t wait to learn all these skills with my own bodyweight.

I personally don’t miss anything in the program.
