The Full Journey package looks very nice and is well-structured. The program lays out step by step how you can grow from a beginner to a professional calisthenics athlete. What I personally like (as a complete beginner) is that every single skill/goal is scaled down to easier progressions and additional exercises that are explained by instructional videos. This way I can exactly use the right technique!

I still have to start with the program, but my first thoughts are really positive and I can definitely recommend this to everyone that still needs to begin with calisthenics (like me) but also for others. I just got excited without even doing 1 single workout… Never felt this way after buying a workout plan lol!
