Calisthenics at Home Plan
I took the time to read the full Calisthenics at Home Workout Plan. I will be doing the 6 days per week program. I started today with workout 3 till Saturday when I’ll do workout 6. Sunday will be my rest day. Your program is exactly what I needed. I’m not new to training, It’s been more than 2 years that I’m doing Crossfit and before that, I’ve been doing a lot of gym and running. However, with the lockdown, I can’t go to the Crossfit gym anymore. At the same time, I wanted to take advantage of the lockdown to develop new skills and try something new. I like Crossfit but sometimes form and technique are neglected for quantity. However, with your program, I will focus on form and new bodyweight movements. If I have any questions, I will let you know 😉
