A few months ago I participated in the Fat-burn challenge of Calisthenics-Family. The program is super complete, so you can always email Michael and Yannick if you have any questions about something. Everyone from beginner to experienced athlete benefits from this. The choices made in the program are explained and demonstrated in practical examples/videos.

In the appendix, you can see what my days looked like in terms of eating and training and what has been the result of each day. Anyone can lose weight.
