I am a 42 yrs old muay thai instructor and I bought the Full Journey two months ago. I follow exactly the program as they teach me and I can tell the transformation on my body and strength is amazing. As an instructor myself, I can say that calisthenics is a must-do for muay thai athletes. The full journey is amazing and I wanna say congratulations to the guys that made it. WELLDONE.
