This was a very challenging and rewarding 12-week Transformation Challenge. I started with the Full Journey Workout Package. With being 44 years old with Type 2 Diabetes it makes it a lot harder to lose weight and keep muscle on but I did my best!
I get my testing done for my A1C (blood sugar levels) next month and I am curious to see the results after these 12 weeks. Thank you so much, guys!
