Calisthenics Basics Cursus
The guys seem very friendly and motivated in sharing their knowledge and experience. The workouts are detailed with videos showing each exercise. Also useful are easier progressions of the exercises, especially when starting out. I’m enjoying the Calisthenics Basics Course and always look forwards to gym time.
