I find your workout plan very clear! It is nicely designed and I think it’s great that you can click on a link directly to a video during when using the phone. I find the exercises well-composed, they help you improve, both in strength and in skills. I also found your coaching very nice. A weekly update, tips on submitted videos and interest in your progression that the guys from Calisthenics Family gave me a heard and stimulated feeling. Michael and Yannick provide a good stick to reach your set goals, which I really liked! I can really recommend the beginners program to anyone who wants to start calisthenics, but does not know where to start. Because of calisthenics I now also sport in other places than just the gym, and I train in the open air. I want to thank you, because you made me very enthusiastic for this very nice sport.
