Directions: Shake well before use. Apply 2-4 drops on the palm and lightly rub hands together. Allow to dry completely and reapply if necessary. Close properly after use.

The Chalk is realy great , ist gives so many strenght and grip especially for Pullups. I think you can do a few more reps if you use Chalk.

quick and easy usable, is allowed in most gyms while normal chalk is not allowed. a little little chalk is enough for most exercises
