We send motivation e-mails every Monday so that you get everything out of your Challenge!

The Calisthenics Transformation Challenge is suitable for anyone who wants to work on their goals very hard for 12 weeks at the same time with other motivated, like-minded people and who want to be extra motivated by us and the Calisthenics Family Community!
The Challenge is suitable for you if you recognize yourself in one of the following situations:
- You want to get fit, lose weight, build functional strength, become athletically muscular, or learn epic calisthenics skills.
- You can use some extra motivation to train weekly and keep working on your goals.
- You don’t know whether you are performing exercises correctly, which exercises you should do and how many repetitions. You need a clear workout plan or 1-on-1 coaching.
- You want to create a healthy lifestyle and don’t know how to organize your workout routine or diet.
- You want to have fun during your workouts.
- You really want to go for it now and you have the feeling that this Challenge is the perfect moment for it.

Can I join the Challenge if I have purchased a program before?
For sure! We would love to do the Challenge with as many participants as possible. If you have purchased a program before, you can also participate in the Challenge. You will receive a motivation e-mail every Monday and you have a chance to win one of the epic prizes! You can register for the Challenge by sending an email to info@calisthenics-family.com with the subject ‘Registration Challenge’, your first name, last name, and your program.
However, you don’t qualify for the Cashback Deal. You can only get a free program or Online Coaching month if you start with a program or Online Coaching with the code TRANSFORM25 during this Challenge. If you already have a program, you could consider starting Online Coaching if you have specific goals to work on.Â
How many times do I have to train per week?
This depends on your program but is always an advice. Do you want to combine Calisthenics with another sport? Or do you have irregular shifts or a busy job? No problem! In our opinion, it is important that you are motivated and that works best if you listen to your needs. However, We do recommend that you train enough or build up the number of training sessions to achieve a visible transformation after 12 weeks.
If you choose for 1-on-1 Online Coaching, we will create a Customized Workout Plan in which we adjust the number of training sessions to your level and weekly schedule. Do you choose a different program? Then you can always email us for advice. If you start with one of our programs you will be added to our priority mailing list and you will receive a response within 48 hours on working days.
What workout equipment do I need?
Calisthenics is bodyweight training and that means that you can do almost all exercises with your own body weight.
With the Home Workout Plan, you don’t need any workout equipment at all. With the Full Journey and Basics Plan, it is useful if you have access to a gym or Calisthenics park. Don’t you have access to that? Then it is useful to have a pull-up bar that you can hang between the door. Will you choose Online Coaching? Then we will customize your personal workout plan to your training options and workout equipment that you have access to.
I have no experience with Calisthenics. Is Calisthenics suitable for me?
Calisthenics is suitable for everyone! You absolutely don’t need to have any Calisthenics experience. Calisthenics means training with your own body weight. For example, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats belong to the basic exercises of Calisthenics. Do you want to lose weight, get fit, become stronger, create muscle mass or learn epic skills? Then Calisthenics will be 100% suitable for you! Al our programs, and our coaching, are suitable for beginners. Â
How old or young can I be (age)?
We have already helped clients aged between 12 and (76!) years with our workout plans and coaching. The fact that you train with your own body weight makes it a very safe, responsible, and accessible way of exercising. You can build it up slowly.
