05 November 2024 – v13.0.3
- Fix for Time-Based Exercises Displayed as Reps-Based: We’ve resolved an issue where exercises intended to be measured in seconds were incorrectly shown as reps-based. This fix ensures that the labels and values are accurate, with exercises based on time now displaying “seconds” instead of “reps.” Pre-filled values also reflect the correct duration. After this update, the logs and labels for these exercises are accurate, providing a smoother workout logging experience.
- Improved Exercise Flow During Workouts: We’ve enhanced the exercise flow within the workout logs to create a smoother logging experience. Now, when tapping on a field to log your reps or time, the selected field will have a clear outline, with the cursor placed correctly before “x” (for reps) or “s” (for seconds). Prefilled values will disappear for easier input. Every field is now tappable, regardless of set order, and users can check or uncheck sets independently. These updates make logging exercises more intuitive and seamless during workouts.
- Improved Functionality for Suggested and Custom Timers: We’ve resolved an issue with the timer functionality to enhance the user experience during rest periods. Previously, the timer only activated when a custom timer was manually set. After this update, the default suggested rest time will automatically start after each completed set, labeled as “suggested rest.” If a custom timer is set, the label will change to “custom rest,” providing clear guidance on which timer is in use. This improvement ensures a smoother experience, whether users rely on the default or set their own rest times.
- Fixes for Keyboard Dismissibility and Automatic Closing During Timer Activation: We’ve implemented two key fixes to improve the workout flow related to the keyboard display. First, the keyboard will now automatically close when the timer starts, removing interruptions between sets. Additionally, we’ve added the ability to dismiss the keyboard anytime simply by tapping on an empty space, giving users more control and creating a more seamless workout experience.
- Improved Navigation After Starting a Workout Plan: We’ve enhanced the navigation experience when beginning a new workout plan. Now, after selecting “Start Workout Plan” in training, users are automatically directed to the first workout session, allowing them to dive straight into training. Once a plan is started, it appears on the home screen for easy access. The “Quick Start” button provides a shortcut to the next scheduled workout, while the arrow icon on the workout plan gives access to the full plan overview and customization options for workouts. This update offers both immediacy and flexibility, making it easier than ever to manage and follow workout plans.
- Super Smooth Workout Scrolling: We’ve optimized the scrolling experience within workouts, making it effortless to navigate through exercises. Now, users can smoothly swipe vertically to scroll through all exercises, viewing an overview without exercises automatically opening. Additionally, exercises can be tapped to open or close, giving users complete flexibility. This improvement allows you to focus on a single exercise, open multiple exercises for supersets, or even keep all exercises closed to stay oriented. The updated scrolling functionality ensures a seamless and customized workout experience.
- Updated Logs with Previous Results: We’ve fixed an issue where the logs (reps & seconds) column previously showed the same initial value. Now, entries will load the user’s previous results, making it easier to track progress over time.
